چکیده
The aim of the present study was to determine seroprevlance Neospora caninum in goat by using different serological test .Fast and indirect ELISA comparative between two addition changes some biochemical parameters accompanied with neosporosis .study included examination of( 51)blood serum sample areas Mosul city from October 2021 March 2022 . Results showed that prevalence Neosporosis Fast (3.92%,5.88%) respectively also moderate agreement significant increased Aspartate transaminase, Alanine transaminase ,Acetyle cholinesterase C- reactive protein all these examined on seropositive sera for iELISA infected compared control same test.

Serological study of Neospora caninum infection in cattle from Ahvaz area, Iran
Abstract: In order to investigate the seroprevalence of Neospora caninum infection in cattle in Southwestern Iran, blood samples were collected from Holstein (121 animals) and cross-breed (436 animals) cattle from three farms and seven areas of Ahvaz, respectively. All of the Holstein cattle were “4 years old but cross-breed cattle were from different age groups ( < 2, 2-4, 5-6 and > 6 years ol...
متن کاملSerological study of Neospora caninum in pregnant dairy cattle in Tehran, Iran
Seven hundred and sixty-eight blood samples of pregnant cattle from four Holstein dairy herds that are farmed in the vicinity of Tehran were used to evaluate the seroprevalence of Neospora caninum infection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Two hundred and ninety-eight of the 768 blood samples (38.8%) were positive for this infection. The prevalence of infection in the herds varied ...
متن کاملSerological evidence of human infection with the protozoan Neospora caninum.
Neospora caninum is a protozoan parasite that is closely related to Toxoplasma gondii. Dogs are a definitive host. Prior to its discovery in 1988, N. caninum infection in animals was often mistakenly diagnosed as toxoplasmosis. Neosporosis in animals is characterized by encephalitis, abortion, and other conditions that clinically and pathologically resemble toxoplasmosis. The potential of N. ca...
متن کاملNeospora caninum and neosporosis
Neospora caninum is a protozoan cyst forming apicomplexan parasite that causes neosporosis, notably in cattle (Bos taurus) and domestic dogs (Canis familiaris) [1,2]. It is closely related to Toxoplasma gondii and has emerged as a major cause of reproductive failure in cattle worldwide [2]. The parasite was first described in a dog with encephalomyelitis and myositis [1] and was later described...
متن کاملNeospora caninum and Wildlife
Bovine neosporosis caused by Neospora caninum is among the main causes of abortion in cattle nowadays. At present there is no effective treatment or vaccine. Serological evidence in domestic, wild, and zoo animals indicates that many species have been exposed to this parasite. However, many aspects of the life cycle of N. caninum are unknown and the role of wildlife in the life cycle of N. cani...
